VALUATION OF EUGENE E. KLIMOFF'S WORK
Eugene Klimoff confirmed me as his expert by letter of 30th of september 1986 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
If you want a valuation. You can get it in two ways, by phone or by written report:
First, you should send me by e-mail a maximum of informations: photo, dimensions, oil or pencil, support(canvas, cardboard, paper), origin, history of the work.
BY PHONE OR BY SKYPE:
Valuation of drawings or paintings is 75 euros by phone or Skype.
WRITTEN VALUATION REPORT:
Written drawing or painting valuation report is 100 USD (for USA, Canada) or 100 euros ( for Europe). The report is written in two languages: french and english only.

J'ai été reconnu à Montréal par Eugène E.Klimoff évaluateur et expert de ses oeuvres par sa lettre du 30 septembre 1986 (Copie de la lettre en anglais fournie avec le rapport écrit d'évaluation ).
Ma procédure d'expertise et d'évaluation est la suivante:
1. Me fournir une photo de l'oeuvre recto-verso, ses dimensions, technique (crayon, fusain, huile) et support (papier, carton, toile), provenance et histoire de l'oeuvre.
2. Toute évaluation et expertise sont payantes. Elles sont rédigées soit en français (pour les pays francophones) soit en anglais (pour tous les autres pays).
DEUX TYPES D' ÉVALUATION ET D' EXPERTISE POSSIBLES:

EUGENE KLIMOFF'S PRODUCTION
I estimate that Eugene Klimov produced in his long life about 2.000 paintings and 3.000 drawings, lithographies, sketches and so on. When he died he left in his studio about 275 paintings and 838 drawings. He did not produce much during his life but his production is very high quality.
He took his time to paint and to draw.
He wanted to produce only perfection, that's why he was a slow artist. I find in Klimoff's work two very important things "quality and rarety".
That 's why Eugen Klimoff's work will be very valuable in the next coming years. It is time to buy because the prices are still quite affordable!...
